Matt Dahlstrom founded a training and consulting firm, in 2003 and has since helped hundreds consumer goods companies grow and maintain the success of their operations. Prior to that, he spent 10 years working for Coors Brewing Company. Matt has authored two books on sales and people development. His newest book, “BLOOM: Inspiring Ownership at Work,” was published in 2015. Matt is a member of the National Beer Wholesalers Association, the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization and the National Speakers Association.

Grant Barrett has over 20 years of experience in the beverage industry. He has worked in management for industry-leading companies, including Gallo, Nestle’, Coors Brewing Company, and most recently Origlio Beverage where he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Grant is a respected expert and thought leader in the increasingly complex U.S. beverage market and a member of the National Beer Wholesalers Association.

Darin has worked with hundreds of beer, beverage, and food distributors and suppliers throughout the US and Canada over the past 15 years. He helped launch the beer industries first SaaS ERP Platform now used in 5 countries. He has a unique understanding of the inner-workings of suppliers, distributors and retailers. Darin has an MBA from the University of Kansas and enjoys speaking at National Sales Meetings, National and State Associations and Universities on topics related to supply chain, sales enablement and direct store delivery innovation.
